This course will cover aspects of the Project Management Mindset related to project ownership including developing leadership skills and building team cohesion to enable productive outcomes. Students will explore the process of evaluating resources to estimate and control project costs and likewise evaluate stakeholders and develop communication methods using appropriate tools and techniques. Students will also determine when and how to tailor a project to suit its unique needs. The course will include updated case studies based on those chosen in the first course as well as applying their learning to new case studies.
